One out of 10 adults will get a stomach ulcer during their lives but they can be easily treated. Symptoms include pain in your tummy after eating, but sometimes there’s no pain. If you start vomiting dark-brown blood and if your poo has gone black, you might have an ulcer that’s caused complications such as internal bleeding. If so, see a doctor.
